Stress makes the body acidic faster than anything else. Even faster than a vegetable hater, piling on the junk food.
Restorative yoga is a great antidote to stress. way better option than trying to relax in front of the boob tube.
Entire books have been written on the topic of restorative yoga. One of my favorites is Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga for Stressful Times.
There are also a host of classes and workshops held on relaxation.
Do try this at home. You just need to locate some extra blankets or cushions.
